THE BRICK HOUSE

This 1,312 square foot brick bungalow was full of original detail in a prime historic neighborhood, but needed some design love to bring its charm to life. Our renovation focused on preserving and revealing the unique character, such as the exposed brick in the dining room, while adding upgrades including a completely new high-end kitchen, all new lighting, and a front courtyard. The finished product stayed true to the home’s 1940s roots while offering the modern upgrades and finishes buyers look for today.
